  As a Professional Truck Driver of 6 years, I have gotten a bit of out of shape . I lost the desire to workout and saw no need to. I was eating all kinds of food that the truck stops offer in different states. Then one day I saw on Facebook that the sweat academy open up in Albany GA. After singing up I had my first tryout. That very moment change my view on my life and body. I was so out of shape and I knew why. The coaches and the students made it clear to me that this place is a no judgment zone and we all in this together. 4 months later I’m in the greatest shape I ever been. I will say this. If you lost the desire to workout and get in shape, come to the sweat the academy

  I routinely train here and the staff/crew is amazing. Would definitely recommend and have recommended this facility to many other people who wanna become a pro wrestler, referee, manager, or anything in between. Also good for getting in shape as well!
