  Keep it playful, friendly, and fun; this is what separates this place from others. I go to Black Sheep MMA because the people are friendly. I like Black Sheep MMA because the instruction is thorough.The instructor is patient. There is an atmosphere of "it is OK". It is OK because we are all learning and growing together. I tried another place in town first. I am glad that I did. I won't ever take this place for granted. I can appreciate this place a whole lot more. Come here! Try It. I know that you will be just as welcome as I am.

  Great place to learn Jiu-Jitsu. They have normal classes on Mondays and Wednesdays, Women classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and free roll on Saturdays and Sundays. The people here are super welcoming and it's a great place for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
