  Came to Orlando, Florida from Canada, for a family vacation and had to try a jujitsu class at The Jungle MMA and Fitness. It was super fun and everyone there was warm and welcoming. I would recommend anyone travelling or even living near by to go there. I know for sure next year when I come back to Orlando, it will be at the top of my list of places to be. Thanks again to all.   If you're looking for a home away from home look no further. Started coming here with my little brothers and kept coming back after they fell off lol. The community spirit here is top notch. Very welcoming and helpful classes. Very family friendly! Whether you're coming as a beginner or as an amateur fighter there's something here for you.

  Update (a few days later): Despite being promised a refund for the extra month I was charged, this turned out to be false. I'm now having to go through my bank to report this unauthorized charge. The saga continues...​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Update (also same day as post): The Jungle has processed my cancellation, though I was still charged for an additional month. Member Solutions, their billing company, has been consistently problematic - from refusing to provide copies of my contract to verify their claims, to all the issues mentioned below. A quick look at Member Solutions' own reviews tells the whole story. I genuinely hope The Jungle switches to a billing provider that matches their own high standards of service, as Member Solutions seems to be the root of these issues. Update (same day as post): A coach from the gym called me directly to help resolve this issue. He requested my cancellation documentation to personally push the third-party billing company (Member Solutions) to process it. This response aligns with my experience of The Jungle's helpful staff. The issue lies with Member Solutions, their billing company, which handles membership cancellations. I hope they consider switching to a billing company that better aligns with their values and excellent service, as Member Solutions continues to misrepresent who they truly are as a business. While the instructors and staff are excellent, the business practices are concerning. I moved 1000 miles away and have been trying to cancel my membership since December 2, 2024. Despite following their cancellation process, I've been charged twice with no response. Their customer service repeatedly promises updates that never come. The contract appears designed to make cancellation as difficult as possible. Think carefully before signing up - getting out is much harder than getting in.

  This gym checks off all the green flags. -coaches are all active fighters, studs! - super successful fight team record since I’ve been here (Dec 2023). -coaches and students are 100% respectful, anyone who may be nervous to drop in should feel welcome here! 6/5 stars

  Listen… the level of professionalism and attention shown to the kids in the 5pm sessions is unparalleled with any other place we’ve been. The patience that each of the coaches shows with each and every one of the kids in session is amazing. I’ve seen at least 5 and they are all very patient and very knowledgeable in each discipline they teach! They take their time to explain technique, have no problem teaching the kids discipline, and they are all great role models for them. We’ve been here for almost 3 months now and it’s like a family. We came to one of the weekend events and the whole vibe was like being at a good friends backyard barbecue-in a good way! We are so happy we found The Jungle MMA fitness. I give the camaraderie, the coaches, the whole system 5 stars and highly recommended if you are looking for great training for children in multiple disciplines. They also have amazing adult programs which one of these days I’ll finally sign up for! Thanks for making this a positive experience and place for our kids to learn about discipline, self-defense, and offer great growth opportunities.
