This is such a great school to train at. The beginners clearly have a strong understanding of fundamental principles as well as a good understanding of how to train safe. The comp team is not only high-level but provides a highly positive training environment. Additionally, the space is well-maintained and immaculately clean. I hope to come back in the future.

I was in town from NY and stopped in to do some training. I met with Professor Adam Gignac who is a super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and overall just a good man. The facility has many individual changing rooms with showers and toilets that were kept in immaculate condition. If you're into yoga they also have a separate room with classes. The first day was like a flow roll for 2 hrs. I learned that I need to remember "Position over Submission" The second day I learned a sneaky armbar from side control. It's a really mean submission. Thank you Adam and Renzo Gracie Orlando for treating me like family. Oss!

I started doing yoga almost two months ago and its now something I look forward to weekly. I had never done yoga prior so I was not sure what to expect. Krystal is the most amazing yoga instructor. She truly encourages and supports every student in class based on their individual needs and her voice is so calming which helps way more than you would think. They offer a variety of different traditional yoga practices which is great! Adam is on the BJJ side of the studio and is always smiling when I see him! They make an awesome team!

Best gym in Orlando! From my own experience, this is the best gym I have ever had the pleasure of going to. They have classes for adults, children, as well as for different levels from beginners to advanced. The schedule is also very flexible offering 3 classes through out the day. The instructors there are all high level competitors respectively and bring their wealth of knowledge and skills to the table for their classes. They are super friendly and genuinely care about the students who attend. The classes are relatively small as well so you will have plenty of opportunities to ask questions, get personal help from your instructors and also have some amazing team mates who are outstanding! This gym is top notch! The facility is very clean and well sanitized, so no staph or nasty rashes. They offer awesome children's classes and the instructors are amazing , they are very patient and keep the little ones engaged. I am very grateful for this gym and highly recommend it to anybody considering it. If you want a awesome environment to train in and lose weight this is the spot. I lost about 15lbs in my first month. If you want to build confidence and learning practical self defense this is the gym for you. If you are a competitor and want to sharpen or hone your skills this gym is also for you. They have things for every level and never comprise the family friendly environment like some big gyms. Thank you Pat, Ramiro, Malena, Fran. I can't wait to come back and train with you all again.

My 4.5 yo daughter loves coming here and doesn't want to leave after the class. She tells everyone she is going to jitsu class today (like every day ) Teachers are very professional and awesome with kids. Perfect exercise

While in Florida for a couple of days I had to stop by Renzo Gracie Orlando being a blue belt from the ny/nj area under renzo gracie association. Prof. Pat welcomed me with open arms and I felt like family from the start. The facility is super clean, has great instruction and high level training partners. If your in the orlando/central Florida area this is the place to train !

Not only do they put their sport to the test by successfully competing at a high level, but when you train with them you can tell that they genuinely care about you, and what they're teaching you. I travel from Canada to Orlando simply to experience the incredible Jiu-Jitsu at Team Renzo Gracie Orlando. Anyone living in Orlando needs to make OAMA a regular part of their martial arts life.

New to BJJ and this place is excellent for personal tailored instruction and general development of pure BJJ with a strong emphasis on fundamentals. Pat's background is impressive and he sounds calm, concise, and clear. Josh has 12 years experience and is very competent at explaining intricate details. It helps me connect with my background in other martial arts. I'm glad they don't focus MMA. Some practical self-defense applications were briefly yet appropriately addressed. Ask if they have any promotions going on.
