The instructors are exceptional - highly skilled, patient, and genuinely invested in helping every student improve, regardless of experience. They take the time to explain techniques properly, create a positive learning environment, and push you to become the best version of yourself. The facilities are first class: spotless, bright, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. Every session is run professionally and the atmosphere is second to none.   I started my Jiu-Jitsu journey earlier on this year with TJA and I have never once looked back. This place is very professional and you will get the best of the best coaching by Ritchie. They welcome all levels of experience. They also have classes for the children which makes it ideal for families. Your first session is free of charge so if you’re ever curious like I once was, I highly recommend you come in and give it a go. It will make a massive difference in your life and your fitness.

  My two boys, aged 7 and 6, attended their first lesson at TJA yesterday, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The coaches were excellent – highly professional, knowledgeable, and organised, while also being approachable, friendly, and great with children. They made both boys feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they arrived. Most importantly, my boys absolutely loved the session and haven’t stopped talking about it since. They are already asking when they can go back and can’t wait for their next class! The academy is also very reasonably priced, with a fantastic family discount available. Access is easy, and the off-street parking is a real bonus for parents. Overall, a fantastic first experience. I would highly recommend TJA to any parent looking for a professional, friendly, and welcoming Jiu Jitsu academy for their children.

The mats are very clean, the building is full of light, and the people are very kind and welcoming. Thanks for the great sessions and congratulations on the your work you do! The coaching is next level and the students are talented, dedicated and helpful training partners! Can’t wait til we are back!

  Both my boys go here, the coaches are brilliant with the kids, everybody is really freindly and welcoming, and their confidence has come on leaps and bounds! they cant wait to go to their classes!.. i would highly recommend this to any one! Thank you guys!
