Great MMA training in Leaside. I improved my mental and physical health while training. To first timers, trial guys, please commit to at least 6 months training 3 times a week, you'll notice the difference in you. Thank you prof ashton👊

This is a great family-friendly studio for anyone interested in learning MMA and/or getting a great workout in. Ashton is a very knowledgable and skilled instructor as well as a friendly and funny person! Would definitely recommend trying their Muay Thai classes and especially their confidence-building women’s only self defence classes (a recent addition I believe)!

Been going here everyday for 8 months Great instructor! I genuinely enjoy training and learning new techniques! Only con is: if you’re late you have to do burpees. Otherwise I can’t recommend it enough

The Flock MMA is a great place for someone to start their Martial Arts Journey or for experienced Martial Artist alike. Its located in an amazing high end central area of Toronto. Owner and Professor Ashton provides a clean, safe and fun setup for a wide range of ages (kids-adults) both male and female. Ive practiced at many gyms over my 20+ years of studying martial arts and I can definitely say its worth joining the Flock. Ashton is very kind, honest and trustworthy. He has great experience and always provides a wealth of great knowledge and passion which you can use on and off the mats.
