Myself and a colleague signed up to the BJJ foundations with James and Sam. I have to say the experience was fantastic and training received was also excellent. James and Sam both demonstrated their passion for martial arts and were extremely welcoming to new people coming to join. The BJJ foundations course is an excellent way to ease yourself into regular sessions and would recommend for anyone wanting to try.

I recently rejoined the martial arts world after a long break, and my experience at this facility over the past six weeks has been nothing short of transformative. Training 1:1 with Christian (Oz) and participating in kickboxing classes, I've not only elevated my fitness but also reignited my passion for martial arts. What stands out the most about this facility, run by James, is the perfect harmony between rigorous training and a nurturing environment. It's rare to find a place that pushes you to excel while also ensuring you're well-supported. As someone who was initially hesitant to return to martial arts, this balance was crucial for me! The community here is another major highlight. It's a group of like-minded individuals, all friendly and enthusiastic about learning and growing together. Regardless of your level - whether you're a beginner, a seasoned pro, or someone seeking to boost confidence through martial arts - this facility caters to all. The facility itself is top-notch, with an excellent layout that accommodates both group classes and personal training sessions effectively. Christian's teaching approach, combining technical expertise with patience and encouragement, has been instrumental in my progress. For anyone looking to embark on or continue their martial arts journey, I wholeheartedly recommend this facility. It's not just about the physical training; it's about being part of a community that inspires and supports your growth!

Such a great club if you're looking into training BJJ or MMA. Really friendly and knowledgeable trainers, and such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. James is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to martial arts and gets this knowledge across to students really well. Sam is also an extremely good trainer. He explains things clearly and makes sure everyone is getting something before moving on. I started the beginners BJJ crash course and the pace and progression has been fantastic. I would recommend this 8 session course to anyone interested in BJJ as the perfect starting point

A diverse range of classes/skills taught by masters of their arts. Instruction is friendly, concise and articulate. The people who attend classes are varied and interesting, patient and happy to help you ascend your skills too. They range from hobbyists all the way to tournament/world champions. I've been attending about 4 times a week for 3 months now, I'm loving the experience and ALWAYS look forward to the next session 💪 Highly recommended.
