Temporal Jiu Jitsu is a Great place!! The leader Dan Hunt is an excellent Coach/Professor
Amazing technique instruction from Coach Daniel. I have been training with him for 4 years and there is no one else I can imagine learning jujitsu with. Gym culture and environment is great as well! Everyone is understanding and welcoming.

I’ve been training at Temporal BJJ Academy since January 2021 and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I love that there’s a new location just 5 minutes from my apartment in East Atlanta Village. Coach Dan Hunt’s passion and knowledge for the martial arts is on display during every class as he offers fantastic demonstrations and personal attention to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. The community built at Temporal is full of support and encouragement as we know it’s tough to make that first leap towards training. We want everyone to learn the sport that we all love, so come out and roll with us!
A great place to train and with amazing instruction. The head coach Daniel Hunt is a very well known and respected black belt in the community. The crew he has built fosters a great sense of community, so I felt quite welcomed on my first day there. I would highly recommend checking this place out!

Awesome crew to train with! The coach is thorough, so you will learn effective technique while having a blast! Convenient location in East Atlanta Village. I ride my bike to class.
I recently joined this BJJ gym and have been thoroughly impressed. The instructor is not only highly skilled but also incredibly passionate about teaching. They pay close attention to each student, ensuring we understand the techniques and principles. The class schedule is flexible, with a wide range of times available, making it easy to fit training into a busy week. The facility itself is in a awesome spot east village tings of personality. What sets this gym apart is the community - everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and ready to help each other improve. Whether you're a beginner or looking to compete, this gym provides a supportive and challenging environment. Highly recommend!

An amazing BJJ academy located inside of Village Fitness. They offer morning and evening classes, as well as classes for kids. I’ve worked with Dan before at the Lithonia location and it has been amazing. I had no prior experience with martial arts but Dan makes sure you’re comfortable and teaches everything you need to know. I highly recommend Temporal!! 5/5!

This gym and especially the coach there is AWESOME. I started training there after i wrestled in high school and im now a blue belt, my skills in all types of grappling, judo, wrestling and especially in jiu jitsu have improved greatly because of Dan. Not only will Dan teach and improve your jiu-jitsu, but all forms of grappling, the positive community and people there that he has created have benefited me as well can benefit you. Very professional, great knowledge and guidance in training and in life. Its definitely worth joining this gym.

Temporal BJJ is a phenomenal place to learn the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, get in shape, and make friends. I’ve known and trained under the head coach, Daniel Hunt for many years and he is one of the most passionate and attentive martial arts instructors I’ve trained with in the 15 years I’ve been involved in martial arts. Learning a combat sport can feel overwhelming, but Daniel is excellent at breaking down movements and teaching fundamentals that allow you to grow at your own pace. Whether you’re a hobbyist whose interested in trying something new, or a competitor who wants to climb the ranks in BJJ, Daniel has the knowledge and experience to guide you through your BJJ journey.
