In addition to the stellar instruction, the facility is top notch and in a convenient location with ample parking.

  Master Traven has created an inviting atmosphere in the heart of Midtown within Amsterdam Walk. This gym is perfect for every age to learn jiu jitsu directly from the source. Whether your goal is to get/stay in shape, learn self defense, or compete at the highest level, TRT HQ has it all! I highly recommend this team to anyone interested in the very best jiu jitsu offered in Atlanta within a gorgeous facility. I'm proud to call this my home mat.
