    Here is a polished Google review that warmly highlights how much Zahra’s support meant to both you and Yusha: I cannot praise Zahra highly enough. I took my five-year-old son, for his first kickboxing trial last Saturday. As soon as he saw the number of children in the class, he became very nervous and apprehensive. He would not face the class and just wanted to hold on to me. Zahra immediately recognised how overwhelmed he was and handled the situation brilliantly. She was calm, patient, understanding and incredibly encouraging. Rather than placing any pressure on him, she gave him the time and space he needed to feel comfortable. She suggested that she could work with him one-to-one for the first couple of sessions to help ease him into the class, which gave me a great deal of reassurance. She gave us some gloves and pads so that I could gently encourage him to join in through play. Once his confidence began to grow and his fear started to disappear, Zahra came over and did some pad work with him herself. She made the whole experience enjoyable and positive for him. What impressed me most was Zahra’s ability to recognise that my son may need a slightly different approach. She has a background in special educational needs, and this was clearly reflected in the way she understood him and adapted to his needs. Her attention to detail, easygoing personality and natural warmth made me feel completely comfortable trusting her as an instructor for my son. I had been looking at several different places for Yusha, but this was the first one we visited. Because of Zahra, I immediately felt that we had found the right place and did not need to continue looking elsewhere. The class size was also very good, and the overall environment felt welcoming and supportive. Zahra is an exceptional instructor and a real credit to the club. Her kindness, patience and understanding made all the difference to my son's first experience. I now feel fully confident moving forward with the classes, knowing that he will be supported by someone who genuinely understands children as individuals. Thank you, Zahra.

    Absolutely fantastic classes. I've been sending my 3 year old son for 6 months and have seen a huge change in his behaviour. From where he started to where he is now, his listening skills have improved incredibly and following instructions. He also has so much fun and loves coming each week! He especially loves Coach Zahra and talks about how much hes enjoyed sessions with Coach Minar and Coach Seleena. All the coaches are fantastic and great at what they do. I've had the opportunity to sit in and watch a few sessions and its a brilliant class, the attention to detail with routines and how they adapt to each age group. A great place for your kids to learn a discipline sport along with skills like listening, following instructions, sportsmanship and more. So happy we signed him up and i know our boy will be attending these classes for years to come.

    Zahra is a wonderful professional coach, I was very nervous to start but she encouraged me to give it a try and I really enjoyed myself and have signed up for a membership. Class is great and coaches are so patient and encourage you to do your best. Great atmostphere!

    I am on my 3rd session now and I couldn’t recommend it enough! I signed up to the ladies classes and it is such a friendly and comfortable environment all different fitness levels, I had no experience of kick boxing before but the instructors are so easy to follow and really help you with techniques, if you are thinking of joining totally recommend i! also the uniform and gloves they provide on signing up are very comfortable and of good quality quality

    I would like to thank coach Zahra for all her efforts and encouragement with my boy. Despite his ability and Autism, she has always been inclusive and encouraging which means so much to us and now my boy has achieved his first black belt. Thank you to coach Zahra and all the team for making my son apart of your community and club at the Handsworth centre.
