So far I have been twice to different classes. Both classes have been really enjoyable with the staff and the other more experience participants being really friendly and helpful. Even guys doing their own workouts came over and helped me improve my technique when i was practicing on the punch bags. Expect a really good workout in a friendly atmosphere.

This is a great community focused gym . You really do feel like your apart of something when you join aerokick and the membership is at a very reasonable price . Both the kickboxing and boxing classes are great and you really are tested above and beyond when attending these classes which will make you eager to learn more . Staff and coaches are friendly and know what they are talking about . Just to name a few classes : WBC ( Womens boxing ) Mixed Boxing class Kickboxing for kids Open Sparring . Private PT is also available.

The best place to workout, learn self defence, fight and have an amazing time. Mr Treasure is a coach that I have known for a long time.now and is the most skilled hard working wise coach. He teached me how to fight, self discipline and respect. Many thanks to Mr Treasure!

Amazing friendly gym everyone's welcome all ranges from beginners to Brittish kick boxing champions. Easy to stay in shape when your having fun.

My daughter has been doing boxing here since last two years and it is one of the best. Rudy and Collin put a lot of effort teaching the kids.
