Josh is the best coach I’ve ever met. My son has been training with him for over a year and has shown remarkable improvement both physically and mentally. I’d rate him a solid 10/10!
I can honestly say that coach Abreu has helped me grasp and understand boxing early in my boxing training and understand the fundamentals. Will continue my journey with him. I would recommend him to everyone from kids to amateurs. He also does other combat training like mma, thai boxing etc. Very friendly environment. Best coach. Worth every minute. Learning new skills in every session. 👌👌👌
The best I ever saw. Taking care of physical preparation but also mental.
Absolute legend. A great all round knowledge of MMA and the arts that feed into it. Fantastic wrestling coach who shows patience and studies his students to build a plan suited to them. And that’s just with the adults! With kids he’s amazing, making each session fun and dynamic to keep the youth engaged. Can I push this rating up to 10 stars?
I’ve had the pleasure of training under Coach Josh and would highly recommend the 1-1 sessions. Coach Josh puts 100% effort into his students and has great attention to detail when breaking down techniques. An exceptional and supportive instructor who’s always happy to share his martial arts knowledge.
