We absolutely love Tech MMA! One of the best things about their after-school program is how active the kids are—no sitting around in a cafeteria all afternoon. My kids come home energized, happy, and proud of what they’ve accomplished. They get to train in both Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and they especially love the Ninja training—it’s the perfect mix of discipline, fitness, and fun. The staff and instructors are truly top-notch: professional, caring, and so good with the kids. They know how to balance structure and encouragement in a way that builds confidence and keeps the kids excited to come back every day. We feel lucky to be part of the Tech MMA family!

My family absolutely loves Tech MMA. My kids do the after school program and summer camps. The entire family takes classes from Taekwondo, BJJ, and the fitness classes. Would highly recommend for anyone who have active kids and need to get out some energy. I also love the fact that they also teach self defense.

I've been taking BJJ classes here for about 5 months now, and this is truly a special place. The instructors are deeply knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about the sport. Though I haven't been here for long, I can feel the sense of community within the gym and am proud to be a part of it. I'd highly recommend Tech MMA

For the past two years my children have been attending Taekwondo classes here. It's a clean, safe gym filled with great people. My kids LOVE their instructor Gary. He does a great job keeping control of a large class and teaching them new, valuable skills each day. My kids have learned and grown a lot at Tech MMA the last two years. They get pushed physically and mentally but they have so much fun, too. I love that they always leave happy and sweaty. You can tell Gary and Jocelyn pour their hearts into teaching all of the children in the class. Their dedication to their work is much appreciated.
