    Incredible instructors, amazing offerings! This locally owned spot has it all and more! Not only is the commitment to the community unbeatable, everyone here is dedicated to making sure you get results. This is a life-changing space and there's something for the whole family! I knew I wanted my daughter's in jiu jitsu from the moment we were expecting and I don't trust anybody as much as coach Adam to teach them. He has curated a space that is not only incredibly impactful but safe and fun for kids.

    I was hesitant to bring my neurodivergent child into any gym, and perhaps moreso with a jujitsu gym where things get really up closer and personal. I met with Coach Adam and his wife, Jerri, and expressed my concerns and hopes. Both of them immediately put me to ease, and after Coach Adam explained that he has an autistic sibling and how he manages that relationship, I immediately felt confident that my child could feel accepted and excited to become strong and healthy. Fast forward 3 months later and my child has not only become more confident, but stronger, more disciplined, and looking forward to mat time at Blue Gorilla. They found that while Coach Adam is the bee's knees, the rest of the staff are supportive and compassionate as well. This has meant a phenomenal difference into child's life! Grades have improved. Attitude has improved. Physical and mental health have transformed as I had never thought possible. The whole person approach has been the best things I could've ever given my child. Finally, fast forward to today. The after school program has been a tremendous blessing for my family! My child is more capable socially solely based on the specialized attention given in the program. This ability to help my child evolve into the heights that they have is priceless. If you're contemplating Blue Gorilla for your child, trust me, this is the place you can't go wrong with. 💙💙💙

    Such an awesome gym! You can tell the instructors deeply care about what they do and everyone’s experience here. They were so welcoming and made my first time so much fun. I definitely recommend coming and checking them out!

    This evening my daughter and I attended Blue Gorilla Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu’s free Women’s Self Defense class. The owner Adam and his wife were great instructors! It was very informative and FUN! Highly recommend checking it out - take your girls 12 and up!

    The self-defense class was the best experience I’ve ever had with learning how to build more confidence and autonomy in my free will! 10 out of 10 will be going back. This was such an eye-opening experience, and I feel so much more confidence in my ability to protect myself!
