Great gym and facilities. Amazing coaches that really care about your progress and a really good community of fighters that lift each other up.
Very welcoming gym with alot of talent both coaching and training on the mats.
Incredible! Wonderful atmosphere and very friendly team , I've had the odd experience in other MMA gyms across Norfolk and nothing compares! Very high level and dedicated professionals, left on a High and will be back when I'm in Birmingham again , Thankyou team renegade!
Posted 4 years agoGreat support from all coaches and the manager Harry. I have started training here for White collar boxing, ULTRA MMA. There has not been a session that I haven't enjoyed! If your looking to start anywhere, I reccomend this place 10/10. Update* I've recently returned for the BJJ classes with Tom Breese! This beginning of a journey has been brilliant and cannot stress enough, this place is a very kind and friendly environment for combat sports. I highly reccomend.
Posted 4 years agoI've only been a member for a few weeks but really enjoy training here. So friendly and welcoming, the address has been updated now on Google. I've only attended Tom's BJJ and 1.30pm classes, they're really good he is such a patient coach and some excellent training partners.
I trained in Team Renegade for two years, and was fascinated by the quality of coaching. The atmosphere was great and everyone was really supportive--advice and help from other teammates were especially important since I was a beginner. One of the best BJJ clubs where I have had a chance to train.
Posted 9 years agoGreat club. Very helpful instruction. If you want a club that cares about your progress this is the place to go. Amazing value for money especially on unlimited membership. Large mat space that has been recently redone and very well finished. Plenty of good students to roll and drill with. Classes suitable for all levels of ability with great details in the instruction. No silly 12 month contracts to tie you in. Friendly atmosphere. Great for Gi and NoGi. I travel from Coventry about 3/4 times a week to go here and it's always worth the journey.

Greatly overpriced, maybe good if you’re training to be a fighter. Trading and promoting on big names instead of good training. Been to a few gyms over the years. know the difference between good and poor. Very little attention spent by trainers per individual, and trainers generally seem inexperienced. Larger class sizes. Think the gym is too scaled up which might be okay if the price reflected - but it’s very expensive for what you get. Hopefully they get it sorted, best of luck.
Try to contact them 3 to 4 months but phone call went to answer machine come the point ,my son contacted finish in march but but this club still tries to take money from my bank account I m having this review because I have no choice
