    Great support from all coaches and the manager Harry. I have started training here for White collar boxing, ULTRA MMA. There has not been a session that I haven't enjoyed! If your looking to start anywhere, I reccomend this place 10/10. Update* I've recently returned for the BJJ classes with Tom Breese! This beginning of a journey has been brilliant and cannot stress enough, this place is a very kind and friendly environment for combat sports. I highly reccomend.

    I've only been a member for a few weeks but really enjoy training here. So friendly and welcoming, the address has been updated now on Google. I've only attended Tom's BJJ and 1.30pm classes, they're really good he is such a patient coach and some excellent training partners.

    Incredible! Wonderful atmosphere and very friendly team , I've had the odd experience in other MMA gyms across Norfolk and nothing compares! Very high level and dedicated professionals, left on a High and will be back when I'm in Birmingham again , Thankyou team renegade!

    I trained in Team Renegade for two years, and was fascinated by the quality of coaching. The atmosphere was great and everyone was really supportive--advice and help from other teammates were especially important since I was a beginner. One of the best BJJ clubs where I have had a chance to train.

    Great club. Very helpful instruction. If you want a club that cares about your progress this is the place to go. Amazing value for money especially on unlimited membership. Large mat space that has been recently redone and very well finished. Plenty of good students to roll and drill with. Classes suitable for all levels of ability with great details in the instruction. No silly 12 month contracts to tie you in. Friendly atmosphere. Great for Gi and NoGi. I travel from Coventry about 3/4 times a week to go here and it's always worth the journey.
