Nice gym only attended here for interclub. Not sure what its like to train here. Seen few of their fighters compete at the interclub and all seem very solid and locked in. Only thing what let's the gym down is having 1 shower.
Excellent place for children to learn new skills. Great coaches very encouraging.
Wonderful inclusive atmosphere, fantastic coaches that care about the kids. They manage to strike a perfect balance of pushing the kids to succeed without piling on the pressure. Lots of talk about improving mental focus, helping parents and anti bullying. Definitely recommend!
I did one of the taster sessions which was really good and i enjoyed it. Ive wanted to sign up but its really difficult to find out answers to my questions and they aren't great at communicating with me as they take a while to respond and sometimes don't respond at all. Im still waiting now for a response now
