My children love training at Target! The coaches are great with teaching children, they know how to motivate them, correct their form and make every session fun and challenging. Such a great atmosphere, everyone’s supportive and hardworking. Couldn’t recommend it more!
I've taken the free trial here, and was allowed to stay on for the second session. It's a welcoming environment with a mix of grades, including whitebelts and a few high-level competitors. It shows that the instructors enjoy teaching. Beyond the instructors, everyone I paired with shared helpful technical or strategic advice with me unprompted.
Target team is one of the most friendly gym with a great environment and great coaches. I highly recommend Target team if you’re looking for to start a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey. They have a great facility and everyone and all levels are welcome.

I've had an amazing experience at Target Team Cantagalo Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! The environment is welcoming, and everyone is very supportive. Instructor Bayo is exceptional—he's not only highly skilled but also very friendly and approachable, making the learning process enjoyable and motivating. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, this is the perfect place to train and improve your BJJ skills. Highly recommend!

Exceptional !!! I've been training at this gym for several months, and it has exceeded all my expectations. The level of instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is outstanding, with a clear, structured approach that caters to all skill levels—from beginners to advanced practitioners. The coaches are not only highly skilled but deeply passionate and dedicated to helping every student improve, offering personalized guidance to ensure that techniques are fully understood and applied effectively. The art of jujitsu is one that is addictive and very inspirational. I have been practising for a year now and since joining the Target Academy, I have seen my personal development and skill improve. Immensely I can’t wait to show demonstrates all my new tricks of the trade in my up-and-coming competitions, it is very important to be around people with a true knowledge and understanding of such a beautiful heart and I am glad that I am around wise and determined people.
