You'll regret not joining 10th at Woolwich! Coaches and everyone are super friendly, I'm a small 145lber and during the lessons and spars everyone is considerate and friendly, there is no room for any mat bullies here and it's always a pleasure coming down to train. The lessons are super informative and digestible, coaches are always happy to reshow/ re explain the moves, grips and situations. Can't wait for my next session!

Started training at diesel 7 months ago and I am loving it! Coaches are great, the space is big and with lots of women attending classes which is great to see. Highly recommended for anyone that wants to train purely for fitness but also for those who want to compete! I also like the yoga classes offered in the weekends which is a nice touch (a bit unusual for clubs to offer that) since flexibility and muscle strength is key to martial arts!

I've had a fantastic experience at this gym! The staff are incredibly friendly, making it a welcoming place for everyone, especially beginners. The instructors are great, always supportive and motivating. Plus, there are plenty of classes to choose from, so there's something for everyone. Highly recommend!

Training Muay Thai at Diesel AK has been wonderful. The coaches are excellent as they are technical and good people. They make sure the whole class is comfortable and doing the correct moves. They also compete so they are always up to date with the techniques. The class vibes are pretty good Every student is there to improve themselves and some to compete, so you have a mix of backgrounds. Sparring sessions are light and playful, perfect to have some fun and improve your technique.
