Diesel gym is a top quality gym for people who want to begin learning how to fight or build up on it. The atmosphere is serious but friendly, with everyone who is training here pushing each other to improve and willing to help if needed. I would recommend starting with fundamental and beginner classes to familiarise yourself with the coaches and people who regularly train to make friends. I trained in MMA and I found that coach Sal was the best one I worked with. He always had great energy and deeply cared about each person that trained under his class. I would 100% recommend anyone to come here who has an interest in martial arts or wants to try something new.

Diesel Gym Docklands is a standout facility with an incredible team of instructors who bring energy, expertise, and genuine care to every session. From 10th Planet BJJ, Muay Thai and MMA, the coaching is top-tier and tailored to all levels. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating—whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, you’ll feel right at home. A special shoutout to their strength and conditioning area, which is thoughtfully designed to accommodate under-16s. This is a rare and much-needed feature in London gyms, and it shows Diesel’s commitment to fostering young talent in a safe and supportive environment. Highly recommend!

Review for Lauren - Circuit Classes & Running Club Lauren has a way of making you feel like you belong from day one. What started as a simple workout routine has become a form of discipline and self-care, with her support every step of the way. When she started her running club, I joined right away. I was going through some personal changes and wasn’t in the best place, but her sessions gave me purpose and helped me choose a healthier path. She might not even realise it, but what she brings to us goes beyond fitness. It’s community, it’s support…and for me, it’s been life-changing. I’m so grateful to be part of her journey.

I was staying at the Holiday Inn Express for a week-long business trip, It does not have a gym so I went across the street to check out the Diesel Gym. They were very welcoming and I was able to work out in their weight training area. Seems like a very active gym with people of all ages. Thanks Diesel!

My 7 year old has been attending at least 3-4 sessions a week for just a little over a year and he absolutely loves it! From all the amazing and engaging coaches including Frankie, Charlie, Sydney, Cam, Nick and the 10/10 service from Jimmy and Cliff. If you’re local to E16 then this is the gym for your kids to build some serious confidence and resilience!
