I love this gym. These guys helped me through some hard times. They provided a community and support system when I needed it the most. I’ll always appreciate what I learned here. The level of fitness you attain along with the skills you learn makes it invaluable. Helped me lose 20+ pounds. Great for building confidence and resilience in kids too.

I dropped in to this school for some training while on vacation. Great school and environment, alot of great skill and very welcoming people. If your in the area I would highly recommend stopping in and trying them out, you wont be disappointed.

Iv had the opportunity to work w/ coach Jeff and coach Bryson and hugely appreciate their practical and relatable training and techniques of this martial art. Iv studied a small amount of martial arts when I was in my young teens but this experience has helped me build the solid confidence I'll need in a true fight or flight situation. It's difficult to react when the mind is stunned but the muscle menory thats build w/in me from every class i attened, is noticeable. As I consider the practical application knowledge that I'm receiving from Coach Jeff and Coach Bryson in class and aquainting myself w/ the mechanics. I'm experiencing and understanding their training hands-on and feeling like im becoming stronger than i was in each previous class and mentaly and physically a better Synergy Jui-Jitsu student 🙏👍 Thank you coaches for your dedication and training of this incredible sport 💪🙏 🤜🤛 PS: Adult classes available: Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 6am Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm I'm thankful to those Iv trained w/ in class and am thankful to meet new friends and traing partners all the time 🙏 See you at the Synergy Jui-Jitsu Academy!!

When the original academy I was attending closed almost 2 years ago, my teammates and I were looking for a new team/home. We quickly found it at Synergy Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We felt welcomed since day one. The professors and coaches give great instruction, are helpful during class, and monitor progress. During training there is almost always multiple black belts and many other higher belts on the mat to challenge us, help us improve, and take us to the next level. All this is accomplished seamlessly and in a friendly, professional, and family-like atmosphere. The teammates help each other out and are conscious of each others abilities and goals. The schedule is broad enough to accommodate most of us. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. THANK YOU Synergy BJJ!!!

Este lugar es muy agradable! Me encanta su manera de manejarlo y tratar a los estudiantes. No solo disciplina y reglas pero también la atención a cada estudiante. Desde el primer día que llegas te ayudas y te hacen sentír que no estás solo. Por experiencia con pequeños este lugar es el mejor. Te dan las primeras clases gratis para que los niños miren si les gusta. Nunca te presionan con contratos puedes cancelar en cualquier momento.

As a female student in a sport that can be intimidating, the environment at Synergy is welcoming and friendly. The instructors are helpful and attentive to your growth and learning of technique and application. Jiu Jitsu can be challenging but worth it, it’s rewarding and fun if you stick it out and are surrounded by a great team!

The training here is great for all levels. The morning classes challenge those who show up to learn and apply the techniques learned during live rolls. The gym has a good vibe and the coaches are always welcoming.

I have trained at a few other places around town, but this is the only Jiu Jitsu academy I have ever joined. Unless I move far away, it will always be that way. Great instructors, great people, friendly atmosphere, and kid friendly. This is a great place to find a second family!

Amazing all around. The instructors are very welcoming and knowledgeable. All of the students follow suit to their instructors in that sense. Everyone is helpful. Amazing family atmosphere. Definitely one of the top Jiu Jitsu academies I have attended of the years. Highly highly highly recommend coming in and talking to the owner (Jeff) or one of the other black belt instructors.

This is the real deal! Wonderful instructors who actually care about each and every student, no matter their level of experience. Plenty of instructors at each class too! Very clean environment. I highly recommend checking them out. After trying various local gyms I guarantee no other will compare to the Quality this gym provides. If I could give them 10 stars I absolutely would!

I’ve been going to this gym for approximately two years. The instructors have been outstanding and I have learned more that imagined possible. The morning class makes it easy to get your roll done first thing and is a great start to the day. I highly recommend this gym.

My wife and I found this place through a friends recommendation in early 2020 just after covid started. We put 2 of our 5 children in, and went twice a week for about 1 and a half years. Coach Jeff sets a very professional and effective environment and tone. He is kind, and gentle, but at the same time--profoundly powerful in presence, and effective in his teaching style--along with his coaching staff. He is one of those quiet guys you'd NEVER want to mess with who only speaks when necessary--and does not waste breath or his time. He is VERY good with children and you can easily tell he has a heart for them as he is patient with them no matter their skill level. Coach Nick and Jeff alternate teaching and they both have different teaching styles that greatly complement each other which enables the students to receive a rare breadth of instruction in Jiu Jitsu that has been outstanding and impressive to my family and I. Our two children went from knowing nothing and having very little confidence in grappling and wrestling, to persevering in the martial art, gaining great friends, growing in discipline and instruction, and becoming confident in many ways these classes and hard work with incredible instructors have taught them to be. They have greatly grown and we are forever grateful to the entire coaching staff, parents, and students that make up Synergy BJJ in Rocklin. They are a family that loves very well, honors very highly, and contends very hard. They get down to business quickly and don't waste any time--but they care very deeply. The fruit of their business is their students who persevere and many who become great contenders and even champions in national tournaments. When our last day came before we moved out of the area, the entire coaching staff led by Nick and Jeff left us in grateful tears as they gathered everyone together for a picture and encouraged our two children on their way. It was completely impromptu and unexpected, but it shows the quality of the people running this place, and the clients who enjoy the weekly classes. It is more than a BJJ class--it is a family growing together where love is at the core. And that lasts forever. We will be forever grateful for our time here, and can't recommend them highly enough. If any of you at Synergy read this--we love you all and are so grateful--we will never forget you!

My son wanted to try out martial arts, so we went down for the free class. He fell in love with the sport and the absolutely awesome coaches, so we signed him up. Eventually I had to join in too! Not only is it a great workout, everyone there is helpful and friendly.

Everyone is very welcoming right when you come in. All the students will gladly help you with all your questions with technique. The instructors are very articulate and patient, making it an amazing learning environment from beginners to advance. I highly recommend this school for anyone looking to dive into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!

In just four months of taking Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, our daughter (age 7) has learned so much, and she LOVES it! All of the instructors are great with the kids - they're patient and attentive. They're great with kids of all ability levels and experience. Jeff, Ed, and the staff are to be commended. They go beyond making Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu technical - they make it fun and engaging. We had been searching for the "right" Brazilian Jiu -Jitsu school for quite some time. After the first class of our free trial, we knew we had the Right place. Both our daughters ages 8 & 10 were hooked. The instructors are very patient & knowledgeable; allowing the children to learn quickly through correct repetition and safe hands-on experience. My son has been going in the kids class for around a year and he LOVES it! The teachers are fantastic and work very well with all of the children. They have all been patient, kind, understanding and create a fun environment while still being able to teach all of the kids and keep them focused. I am very grateful for the time and lessons they have taught my son, which in my opinion go far beyond just "doing moves". I would definitely recommend Synergy to anyone interested in getting in shape while learning a great form of self defense!

Happen to drive by this place on the way to my sons soccer game . I told myself after the game I would just stop by and see if anyone was in . Been wanting my two sons (8,10) to do BJJ for awhile but nothing was close for me . For once I remembered something and did stop in . It was Jeff and Ed inside and they both were very nice and took the time and filled me in on everything . My two kids love soccer ! They pretty much eat , sleep and breath it because they enjoy it so much but .... Ive NEVER seen them get so exited and passionate about ANYTHING as fast as they did with Synergys BJJ . They love it !! If I tell them before school that bjj class is tonight , without fail the first thing they ask me when I pick them up is how bad they want to go to bjj class . To me that speaks volume . Im so very glad I remembered to stop in that day . It will for sure be a life changer for them both in every positive way .

Synergy Jiu-Jitsu is a great place to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Rocklin and I would recommend it to anyone. Nate Burnette and Jeff Correia are knowledgeable and skilled instructors who can help people of all levels improve their game. Everyone in the school is respectful and friendly. Many of the students are active Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitors. This would be a great choice for anyone interested in training in the area.

I highly recommend Synergy Jiu-Jitsu Academy. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, and has a positive attitude. Nate Burnett and Jeff Correia do a great job with the instruction and pay attention to detail. I have been there about a year, and have really enjoyed learning the art. It is a great workout and shedding 55lbs in the process is a great little bonus! Two of my children are in the Karate class taught by Ed Van Aelstyn. He does a great job of making learning fun for the kids! Thanks Synergy!

My experience at Synergy BJJ has been outstanding. They offer both kids and adult programs. A family atmosphere with a great group of men and women, very welcoming, no egos and always willing to help new students. The instruction under Nate Burnett and Jeff Correia is top notch. If you are looking to try BJJ for the first time or looking for a new place to train, I highly recommend you give Synergy a try.
