Posted 1 year agoI love this gym. These guys helped me through some hard times. They provided a community and support system when I needed it the most. I’ll always appreciate what I learned here. The level of fitness you attain along with the skills you learn makes it invaluable. Helped me lose 20+ pounds. Great for building confidence and resilience in kids too.
Posted 1 year agoThis is the real deal! Wonderful instructors who actually care about each and every student, no matter their level of experience. Plenty of instructors at each class too! Very clean environment. I highly recommend checking them out. After trying various local gyms I guarantee no other will compare to the Quality this gym provides. If I could give them 10 stars I absolutely would!
Posted 2 years agoAs a female student in a sport that can be intimidating, the environment at Synergy is welcoming and friendly. The instructors are helpful and attentive to your growth and learning of technique and application. Jiu Jitsu can be challenging but worth it, it’s rewarding and fun if you stick it out and are surrounded by a great team!
Posted 2 years agoI dropped in to this school for some training while on vacation. Great school and environment, alot of great skill and very welcoming people. If your in the area I would highly recommend stopping in and trying them out, you wont be disappointed.
