My son loves going to Professor Chad’s academy. It has built nothing but confidence and discipline in him. I highly recommend this academy if you are looking to equip your child with self defense skills and fitness all while having fun.

My son and I have been at the Academy for just under a year. My son was very hesitant, as he is very shy and was not sure about going to the first class. Now he comes straight home from school and does his homework so he can get to class early. Professor Chad works with the kids on their level and their speed. He has a program Which teachers Brazilian jujutsu, MMA, self-defense and Respect While building self-confidence. We highly recommend Visiting the academy, taking a class or just even watching. Bring your son, daughter and yourself to the academy and say hi, you won’t be disappointed. Additionally, Professor Chad teaches a real world women’s self-defense class. Whether you’re training for a tournament, self-defense or just to build confidence this is the academy for your family.

I have trained in martial arts for the better part of 20 years and I can confidently say Chad Shepherd is the best instructor I've ever had the opportunity to work with. He is able to break down the material and instruct it clearly and confidently. He cares about each one of his students and works hard to help them achieve their goals. He is especially good with children. My son, my Father and my nephew have all trained under him and had the same experience as I have.

I have three kids who attend classes, it is such a great community and they have learned valuable leadership skills. Chad has worked with my oldest son for the last 10 years in two different locations. I would definitely recommend this program for any child that needs direction, confidence boost or just a great class to attend.
