    My 11 year old daughter absolutely loves the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu kids classes. She would attend 7 days a week if she could. The instructors are experienced and do a great job, giving focus to each child and keeping the classes interesting and fun. My husband attends the adult classes and has a great time practicing what he knows and learning new things. They have a great, welcoming group of people who genuinely want to help each other progress.

    Great atmosphere, wonderful group of people dedicated to helping others improve their jiu jitsu skills. Professor Villers is an oracle of knowledge, and the assistant instructors are absolutely golden.
