I called Coach Bernard on a whim to come in sometime to work on mitt drills for me, Son, and daughter. A little after I called and went in the gym, my health and life took a bad turn. If it was not for Coach and this place, I don't know if I could have made it. Thus gym was one of my safe places to go when things got rough in my life. Coach Bernard is a GREAT person. He has had a great impact on my life. I love boxing, and Coach Bernard is one of the greatest guys I have came across. Sometimes people don't know how they can save or help a person by just being great. That is Coach Bernard.
Posted a month agoI have been going to the gym for about 6 months now and I have been doing lessons with Coach Bernard. The lessons and the journey have made me stronger mentally and physically and that's' all I can ask for. It's important to know how to protect oneself and to channel energy in a healthy way. I found my fix!
Posted 6 months agoCalled for some drop in class information The owner was very rude & non chalant. He acted like he barely wanted to answer my questions. He also barely gave me details about the drop in classes.
Posted 3 months agoHave been working with Bernard for a year now and I love it! He motivates me to push my limits and makes “working out” fun! It is a very comfortable, friendly atmosphere.
Posted 6 months agoThis the best gym ever, why? Because it’s one hella workout. Trust me u meet the coach he will give you all the work, and turn you into a champion.
