I wanted to give a shout out to Master Michael Sampson. I have personal known and trained with him for over 20 years. He is dedicated to his students and the system we learn , Shaolin Wing Chun. He is a one of the top disciples under world famous Grand Master Benny Meng. He truly cares about his students growth, mentally, physically and emotionally. If you live in the Savannah or on the Georgia coast area do not hesitate to contact him and learn about all the benefits this man can teach you. His curriculum is complete on all aspects of martial arts education. His school is very active in National, Pan America and World title Championships. This is a martial arts institute!! Also , his new school is amazing , very professional.

In a different Time and Space as a Georgia native I would have started my Shaolin Wing Chun training under Master Sampson but it took me moving to Cincinnati to prod me to start my martial arts journey. Master Sampson is a kind and patient teacher who enjoys sharing his wealth of knowledge and skills. Each time that I have had the opportunity to train with him it has been a distinct pleasure and an honor. I strongly recommend Master Sampson and SVT Martial Arts Academy!

I had the privilege of working with Master Sampson on several occasions during seminars and visiting his school while I was in Georgia. I can’t say enough great things about his abundant knowledge and his kind demeanor. Even brief training sessions with him have given me insights that may have taken me years to discover on my own (if ever). Visiting his school was an absolute pleasure. Both Master Sampson and his students made me feel welcome from the start. I can say with confidence, that training at this school is an amazing opportunity that you should not miss.

Joining SVT has been a great experience. The teaching has been remarkable. But more over it has allowed me to showcase my learning in a fun, friendly but focused environment. Being a part of this school not only teaches discipline, but gives the self-confidence to defend any and every mental or physical challenge. The family atmosphere is INVIGORATING. If you're looking for a school that teaches competition skills, and-or self defense skills- you HAVE to join!

I waited for over a year to give my review so that the excitement of something new could wear off and I would know what this place is really like. And I have discovered that it is amazing here. Sifu Michael Sampson and his team of instructors are not only skilled martial artists, but they are amazing teachers and wonderful people. Get the whole family training here, practicing traditional martial arts and self defense!
