  This YMCA isn’t the best gym but it provides everything you need to get a great workout in. It’s smaller than most gyms and during certain hours you may have to navigate around the masses of gym goers. If you don’t have a creative mind and have a strict routine, you’ll have a hard time achieving those workouts. It has an abundance of cardio machines and only one cable machine. I call this a “prison gym.” If you can find ways to achieve gains in this gym, you’ll have zero problems anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and the price is perfect.

  Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional. They waited until 2 days before school started to inform the parents they could no longer bring the kids for before and after care knowing that there are no other options for child care in Richmond Hill. They said it was due to scheduled construction, if it was scheduled why wouldn't you communicate that with the parents well ahead of time so we could try to make alternate arrangements for our children. I e-mailed the staff and have yet to receive a response.

  Great Gym… Only concern is at night where it seems the exit door does not lock correctly and unwanted guess or non members continue to come in and work out.

  I enjoy going to the YMCA to use their strength training equipment. It doesn't get too crowded unless a class is going on. The facility is very well kept. I love that they use scripture as decoration. I wish that they offered a membership discount for couples without children.

  I smelled bleach immediately as I entered (sign of cleanliness). Front desk was very pleasant. They have some good programs to offer. One of the only place to provide services for children to help parents that are wanting to workout but no childcare. Definitely recommend
