  My sons been attending here a few months now,predominantly jiu-jitsu but also some other classes. It's a very friendly and welcoming club and Julia his coach is great with the kidsand knows her stuff to. Great to build confidence while getting a great full body workout. Highly recommend

  Great gym , amazing coaches ! My son has been going to Southcoast now for over a year and a half and loves it . Highly recommend them especially the kids classes .

  I couldn't ask for better place to take my kids to learn something thay will stay with them for a life time Julia and josh are amazing and a great teachers my kids get so excited to go. I even started to go my self on a Saturday to a class run by liam and my anxiety was high but really enjoyed it so if u are looking for a mma class for yourself or your children go down they are a friendly lot

  Without a doubt the best martial arts school in Eastbourne! With actual professional coaches. So much mat space and everyone is so friendly. If you're thinking of starting mma/boxing/muay thai/bjj take the 1st step and get down to southcoast mma you will be greeted with a warm welcome and be happy you started

  My wife started there for fun. Next thing i know after a few months? She got a silver medal in Bjj. That will do the job for me lol.
