Great for all ages. Coaches teach in a professional but fun way. Recommend SJA Neath if you want to give martial arts a go or if your kids want to learn a new skill.

This academy is absolutely amazing. My two children attend. My son has ASD and ADHD the coaches are unbelievable with him. Since my children have been attending my sons meltdowns are less and my daughter is now competing in BJJ. I could not recommend this academy enough.
