The gym’s culture reflects leadership and I look forward to growing my skills here for a long time.     I've been coming to Sheepdog whenever I come to visit Tulsa from India for two years now! Professor Hayes, Stockton, and Coach Hall are all super welcoming and friendly people. This place is packed with very highly skilled training partners who all create a super relaxed and safe environment but can really put a pace on you when needed!

    Sheepdog Ju-Jitsu and it's owners have been great mentors to our business. I've been to a lot of gyms in town and this is by far one of the cleanest, well ran and organized gyms in the state.     Professors Blake Hayes and Micah Stockton have created a clean, professional environment in which they provide exceptional instruction for Jiu Jitsu that is supplemented by striking classes. They have created a well rounded community that not only supports each other in training, but outside of it as well as the environment has attracted a number of professionals that act as a great network as well. 10/10 would sign up again.
