  Dallas Niles has created something truly special here in Tulsa at Method Jiu Jitsu! I have been taking my two boys there over the past month and can’t honestly say enough positive things about our experience. They are focused on the character development of the child just as much as the physical skill. My boys were given their own folder with a word of the month, home chores, and other character development handouts to work on at home in order to earn stripes in their belt. Talk about motivation! If you are looking for something for your children that will build then physically while also building their character take them to Method.

  Training with Professor Dallas and his students has been awesome in my short drop in stint at Tulsa. He and his students are great people, respectful training partners and all around a fun team. Whatever you do, don’t let them catch you in a crucifix, you won’t get out😁. I highly recommend this place to new and experienced people alike. Looking forward to being back

  I am a 42 year old father of three teenage sons. I have always been fascinated by jiu jitsu and the ability for the smaller person to control and submit the much larger opponent. Method is a clean modern dojo with a rich heritage of high level Jiu Jitsu. Professor Dallas is a gifted teacher and has a built a culture that is welcoming and fun for those of us new to the sport. There is a strong community at Method, one where we all working towards learning and self improvement.

  From the moment I walked in and met Coach Dallas, I knew we had found the perfect place. The institution he is building is truly exceptional. Both of my children participate in group classes and take private lessons with Coach Kenny, who is equally wonderful. What I love most about Method Jiu Jitsu is its focus on character development alongside physical training. My children have become more disciplined in many areas of their lives thanks to the weekly folders they complete to earn their stripes. On our first day, I also signed up for private lessons with Coach Dallas. After speaking with him for just a few minutes, I knew it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to train with one of the best in the world. Choosing Method Jiu Jitsu was the right decision, and I continue to learn more about both Jiu Jitsu and myself. Additionally, the facility is the cleanest I have ever seen. We didn't even consider looking elsewhere. We plan to be a part of the Method Jiu Jitsu family for many years to come.

  If you want to train JiuJitsu, you should find a gym with a high quality coach and facility. Dallas is such a great person, great coach and his skills as a practitioner are top notch! I’ve driven 1600 miles to step on the mats here. If you’re in Tulsa there’s no other place I’d train! OSS #sixblades, #lovatobjj.
