  Great kids program!! Gives the best mix of martial arts and self defense that can be used in the real world. Not choreographed and pretty. Just real skill and techniques. My kids started here with the love of Martial Arts and now have a passion for wrestling too. Both mentally and physically challanged with awesome mentors which could last a lifetime. ❤ It is so much fun to watch them grow and learn here on the edge of my seat.

  Fully recommend; I have been bringing my young sons for more than 24 months. Membership includes all disciplines of combat sports (Wrestling, Kickboxing, BJJ, ) in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment with only dedicated coaches. I encourage anybody with children to take their free trial class offer to see if it is for them. We have not looked back since we started.

  I just finished the 5 week self-defense class and HIGHLY recommend it. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and supportive. Not only do you learn self-defense...you also get exercise, meet a GREAT group of people, and laugh quite a bit. John Gagne (head instructor/owner) takes time to explain every move, repeatedly asks us if we need another demonstration or have any questions, is extremely knowledgeable, and is always positive. I will definitely continue and look forward to the next class.

  The coaches are phenomenal here teaching technique, discipline and teamwork. It's great to see the number of girls increasing and the toughness they bring to the mat. My daughter is learning that hard work, good listening and perseverance pays off through stripe and belt progression. The gym is committed to creating a safe community where the kids can explore what's possible from the sport by building confidence and having fun. I appreciate John, Clark, Terry and Jeff's patience and dedication to the kids. Secret Pages BJJ is a great place to be.

  These guys are fantastic! My son attends the shark style wrestling and BJJ classes and I attend the adult BJJ classes. Instructors John, Clark and Terry are all top notch- detail oriented in their instruction of techniques, very attentive to students and you can tell that they love teaching their craft. Importantly, my fellow students are all friendly, helpful and willing to teach as well. I have no prior background in martial arts and this has been a great community to introduce me to the sport and to train with.
