Fantastic gym with top-notch Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai training! The instructors are incredibly patient and welcoming to students of any experience level. After recently competing for the first time I cannot recommend Agoge BJJ enough. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this gym has something for everyone. Highly recommend

After a long break I looked forward to getting back into Jiu Jitsu and found this gym a little closer to home than my last… fell in love with it the first session, great people, great guy/coach/trainer/sensei whatever you wanna call Chris, there’s no egos, everyone’s willing to learn and those who are more experienced than others are also willing to teach whether it’s mid session or open mat… great fricken gym

If you are looking for high quality training in Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu, Agoge is the place for you! The owner/head coach, Chris is extremely knowledgeable, technical, and patient which is exactly what I was looking for as a new student. The more advanced students are also very welcoming and willing to give helpful tips and advice whenever possible. You will definitely feel the sense of family camaraderie here! I look forward to continuing my training at Agoge Jiu Jitsu!

My husband and I started our son here almost 2 months ago and it’s been a really amazing experience so far! The owner Chris, and the coach John who teach our son are so amazing with the kids. They really know what they’re doing and really make sure each child is learning and no one is left out. Even the other parents and people that are there are extremely friendly and welcoming. Easy 5 star rating and we are happy to be apart of the community. Keep up the great work guys!

If you’re looking for educated and compassionate instructors that can teach your whole family then this is the right place for you. My son started jiu-jitsu a month ago and has begun to find his self-confidence, which has been incredible to watch. He absolutely loves jiu jitsu nights. After watching his class and the adult Muay thai class afterwards, I decided to try it last night and absolutely loved it, despite being nervous and it kicking my butt! John and Chris are amazing instructors who really care and want you to be successful. We immediately felt part of the community and I love the growth I’m seeing in my son. Chris is super responsive to emails and truly enjoys what he does. If you thought about signing your kid or yourself up look no further than Agoge!
