  I have the pleasure of training with Lucas in his BJJ class, and it's been a fantastic experience. The classes are enjoyable with a great atmosphere, and Lucas is not only a skilled instructor but also a great guy. Highly recommended!

  Great instructor. Takes the time to make sure students understand the steps of each maneuver and can put it all together correctly. Keeps the classes challenging yet fun. Definitely recommend!

  I absolutely love doing jiu jitsu here with Lucus, there is an amazing atmosphere at training and he will always stay to answer any questions we have about jiu jitsu and if he doesn’t know he comes back with an answer next class. I would highly recommend any level to join the class.

  Great school, Lucas is extremely knowledgeable and a very approachable guy. All the lads are friendly, great craic to be had, all while learning a very effective martial art- 10 stars if I could !!
