    I did the Train Alta / WImp 2 Warrior program there in summer 2022. It was amazing! Liam Og is the primary instructor and he made it a fantastic experience while Marlene really took care of everything else. You turn up every morning at 06:00 and go for about an hour and a bit. At the start it's a lot of drilling and getting the basics down but by the end there is regular sparring where you are really tested in the best way. By definition the kind of people who sign up to this program tend to be pretty amazing so you meet some wonderful people there. Liam is an excellent instructor and you can see he has a wealth of experience not only in the techniques but also in how to teach them. He seems to know five different ways to teach each technique which means everybody will understand it in some way. Truly the mark of a great teacher. The gym itself has a very homely organic atmosphere which is great. There are no egos or attitudes here, just welcoming friendly people. I cannot recommend this gym enough and for anyone beginning I would strongly suggest you sign up to the Train Alta program.

    They allowed me and my nephew train for free because I was home for a very short time, an amazing favour to do for me, and he was over the moon. Fantastic facility and amazing staff

    Really Great gym for all levels with great support staff. Whether you like to work out on your own or prefer more assistance, the staff always accommodate. Excellent price range and great 6week trial for people who are not sure how many sessions they can attend.

    Not only a gym but a big family. Never been in a place and felt so welcome from the moment I stepped in door. Excellent coaches who never have a problem with giving you that extra bit of time to make sure you are preforming and excelling at the quickest pace possible. I couldn’t recommend this place any more truly a second home.
