I had the pleasure of teaching a seminar at San Lorenzo BJJ this past weekend. The school is easy to find and located in a plaza with some great food options. Everything was immaculate and very spacious. Manny was an amazing host. I look forward to returning soon!

Very friendly gym that’s great for anyone starting or has been training for some time. Manny, the owner and head instructor, has always welcomed me for open mats or regular classes, which is something I really appreciate. The atmosphere is very friendly, but you will get quality rolls in. The mat is not only very spacious but extremely clean. This is a very well-kept space. I always enjoy my time rolling at SLBJJ.

A truly welcoming and community driven environment. I’ve been training here for roughly around 7ish months. Coach Manny is a great instructor, mentor, and friend. My BJJ journey makes huge leaps of progress because of the knowledge from coach manny and also my peers. I can’t stress enough how great of a gym San Lorenzo BJJ is. If you’ve been thinking about trying jiu jitsu, here’s your chance. Come try it out with us!!

Great gym to train BJJ and beginner friendly. It’s my first martial arts I’ve trained in, and coach Manny has been phenomenal in teaching technique, motivating me, and giving helpful advice. Nice and friendly environment overall with sparring partners willing to help newbies coming into the martial art. Highly recommend if you want to do BJJ!
