I had the pleasure of enrolling both my girls at Mindset and I can confidently say it's been a fantastic experience. Coach Joel is incredibly dedicated and genuinely cares about every child in the program commitment to ensuring that each student receives personalized attention and support is truly commendable. It’s clear that he puts in 100 percent effort to help every kid succeed, fostering both skill development and confidence. The atmosphere at the school is welcoming and inclusive, and all the coaches are fantastic. They each bring their unique strengths and teaching styles, creating a well-rounded environment for learning. The teamwork and camaraderie among the coaches and students make it a great place for kids to grow, not just in martial arts, but as individuals. Completely changed my life. Mindset got my mind and body right after being in an all time low. Now I feel like I'm at a all time high. I lost 60 plus pounds and feel look better than I have in 15 years!

Mindset is a very friend family space to start your journey at BJJ. The coaches and staff are very welcome.... There are classes for all ages (starting at 3 years old). The schedule is also a plus , you can choose classes from Monday thru Monday. I high recommend this academy.
