  I recently attended a glow-in-the-dark Jiu-Jitsu class at this studio, and it was an absolute blast! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing. Dr. Lamonte is a very skilled instructor who brings great energy to his classes. I highly recommend attending this studio and its events!

  My girls are learning techniques and skills that will serve them in everyday life. I love that the instructors are very knowledgeable and take training seriously but are able to make it fun for the kids. It is also great that all age groups are represented, from children to seniors. Highly recommended.

  You can tell this place is filled with lots of love. Whenever we are in town, we are welcomed with such warmth and lots of laughter. The children have fun while learning their craft and the professor is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend this school.
