It's a great training place for beginners and experienced grapplers. I've been going here for around 3-4 years and Chad and Ryan are awesome instructors with good personalities, overall amazing room vibe strongly recommended!

Stepping into Risen AJJ in Terre Haute was a game changer for my training. Coach Chad Hawkins’ teaching style is on another level—he has a unique way of breaking down techniques that makes them easy to understand and apply. The gym has a positive, uplifting vibe where everyone is genuinely supportive of each other. The cleanliness and organization of the facility are outstanding, making it a truly professional place to train. Highly recommend this gym to anyone serious about their martial arts journey.

We are from the Chicago area and they were gracious enough to let my son join a class. Very clean and spacious. Instructor for the kids class was very professional and did an amazing job with the kids. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area.

I graduated high school in the Wabash Valley area, but have been living in Japan for a number of years. Recently while visiting family I had the extraordinary pleasure to drop-in at the Pedigo Submission Fighting - Terre Haute location. Chad Hawkins is the primary teacher at this location. I showed up to the gym and it was such a warm welcoming environment. I did my best to thank everyone I could for the great vibes. I look forward to being able to train at PSF Terre Haute again whenever I am in the area. Thanks!

Just want to say welcome to Haute City Center from the security team, mall management and all of the stores here at Haute City Center.. It's always great to see new or transferring businesses in the mall. I wish you guys much success in your endeavors. It would be nice to see some of the young people who frequent the mall and are either interested or on the wrong path in life start taking classes. It could save a life and keep kids out of trouble. This place is great! Everyone is so welcoming and willing to help. The teaching is great but the team motivation is the best. Highly recommend if you are wanting to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from some of the best.

This gym is a great fit for everyone including kids, hobbyist wanting to learn self defense, people wanting to get in better shape, and people wanting to try their hand at competing. The atmosphere at Pedigo is incredible. Everyone is welcoming, helpful, and open minded. The instructor Chad is an encyclopedia of Jiu Jitsu knowledge(I guess that comes with being a 9x World Champion.) He cares about the success of his students over everything else.

Great place to train BJJ. Don't be afraid to start without any grappling knowledge they will bring you up to speed fast. Tons of friendly people training here. Get out of you comfort zone and challange yourself! Do something hard.
