Chris is not only an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable black belt, but he also has a gift for teaching. He breaks down complex techniques in a way that’s easy to understand, making classes perfect for everyone—whether you’re a beginner or an experienced grappler. The atmosphere Chris creates is second to none. He makes sure respect, encouragement, and camaraderie thrive. Every class he runs is well-structured, with a great mix of technique, drilling, and live rolling.   Chris is a superb teacher and coach. Absolute beast at competitions too. He has a keen eye for the details and is great at helping you get over any stumbling blocks and holes in your game. Anyone interested in BJJ in Bishops Stortford is very lucky to have this gym and the wealth of knowledge and experience Chris brings to the mats.
