I can’t describe in words how much I love being there around my team. It’s not about the martial arts, of course you will learn the best from the coaches but it’s more about how you will create your own family in there. The best classes you will even be in is FightSportsUK.

Started BJJ here 1 month ago, absouletly love it. Everyone is super freindly and make you feel very welcome. Instructors are very good at explaining all the techniques and are very patient. Can't reccomend highly enough 10/10.

Easily the best combat facility in Harlow to train at. Staff are friendly and coaching is outstanding. I highly recommend the Muay Thai and MMA classes for a great cardio workout whilst learning skills and building confidence at the same time.
