  Highly recommend Harlow combat team. My Daughter who is 11 has been going since March & the confidence in her now to when she started amazes me. All the coaches go above and beyond for those children as a group and individually, always making them feel like part of a family. Always explaining what the techniques are used for and why they do it and always going into full detail. For myself having a young daughter in the world we live in is that if she ever needed to use this outside of the club it gives me the confidence in her that she can use this as self defence.   Absolutely brilliant classes, James has been brilliant with my son, with the club offering a very positive and engaging experience. In turn this has really helped with my son’s confidence and determination with wishing to push him self further and achieve more. The monthly payment is the best value for anyone wishing to regularly train. Well done to all the team for your support and dedication!!

  Awesome gym, great coaches, friendly family atmosphere, more experienced members always willing to offer advice and lend a hand to newbies so you feel part of the team straight away. Constantly learning and improving, only regret is not starting sooner!

  100% recommend anyone to join up, James is a great coach, it’s a brilliant team of people full of like minded guys that all want to help each other improve, I have been going over a year, and my 11 year old son has been going for 2 years. Kids classes are so good for the kids, watching them improve and get more confidence.
