The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly supportive, making me feel confident and empowered from the moment I walked in. They taught practical techniques that were easy to understand and remember, along with useful tips to stay aware and safe. It was such a nice encouraging atmosphere. Highly recommend to any woman looking to boost her confidence and safety skills. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I have attended both 1-2-1 sessions and the Women’s Self Defence Seminar as a complete newbie and absolutely loved it here! Coaches are really knowledgeable and make you feel at ease as a beginner would definitely recommend.

  Absolutely amazing club! My 15yr old daughter has attended BJJ classes and we both attended a self defence class. Coaches are excellent, so welcoming and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

  Alfie and Craig are awesome, they have so much knowledge and both are great at breaking down technique but also make sure the practical application is clear. There’s always a welcoming feel with them both. Whether you’ve got experience or it’s your first time you’d be super fortunate to land here under these guys tutelage. OSS.

  Highly recommended for all ages and all levels from beginners to experienced. Friendly atmosphere and very welcoming, a great environment to learn and develop your Jiu Jitsu.
