Vann Winn is an excellent instructor & brings the knowledge necessary for me to learn how to handle myself in an increasingly violent world. He teaches Combative principals that are useful to defend myself. In a violent altercation the training I am receiving will make me better when I am on duty, & in the field.

I love this class! Vann is very knowledgable in this area and he has various backgrounds/experience with this kind of stuff. Very professional. Him & the guys make the class very welcoming and they made sure that this was a safe place (being that I was one of the few women in the class). Everyone is very respectful. Don't be afraid to join this class, it is open to men & women of all ages. All of the techniques we learn are very helpful & can be easily applied to real life situations. After each class, I gained more confidence in myself & have become stronger! Very thankful. Great experience

A fantastic course, facility and trainer. Vann Winn is exceptional in his depth of knowledge while his ability to have his students both understand and execute that knowledge is amazing
