    I had an amazing experience at this Jiu-Jitsu gym during our vacation in Honolulu! The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and everyone made us feel right at home. Special thanks to Moku, our instructor, for his excellent guidance and support. Will definitely be back on our next trip!

    K-Team is such an amazing place! My boy has been going here for a month now and has learned so much. Scott and the other K-Team coaches have taught my son more than Jiu-Jitsu in that short time. Through the discipline, obedience, and attention, the difference from when my son first started till now is unbelievable. The lessons are priceless and I couldn't be more grateful! My son is much more confident and happy since starting and looks forward to every class.

    This is the place to be!! From day one, I felt nothing but aloha from the K-Team Ohana. Everyone is here to make each other better. They offer so many classes for all ages at different times so no matter your schedule you can make a class. I plan on putting my kids in when they get older. No matter the age or health status, K-Team will help you on your journey to a healthier life and better wellness. I started a couple months ago and have already seen amazing improvements in my physical health and mental health. Coach Scott, Micah, Kai, Rob, Troy, Kamea and all the other coaches at K-Team have been very supportive every step of the way. Good people and good vibes all around. I recommend everyone to come down to K-Team and give it a try and I promise you will be hooked. Mahalo
