AWESOME GYM! First ever ju jitsu gym I’ve ever been in and I’ve been going in ever since! Everyone is very welcoming and polite and very informative! There’s a lot of really good people there and they always take their time with everyone no matter what skill level you are so even if you’re a beginner or have never done it before don’t feel embarrassed going up against someone who’s been doing it for years. They have plenty of members of all skill level who are very great and the number one rule there is safety first cause at the end of the day we all have work the next day. Highly highly highly recommend coming in and checking it out!

I had a great time training at Reliance Jiu-Jitsu while visiting South Bend last week. The gym was neat and clean, the atmosphere was very positive, the students were super nice, and the instruction was fantastic! Professor Micky Sage has a great approach to developing well rounded martial artists, drilling take downs as part of bjj class and dedicating one night a week to striking fundamentals. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area looking for some martial arts training!

Visited this dojo for the first time today and was very happy with the experience. Mick(master) is a really knowledgeable and hands on guy. I will be coming back! Highly recommended

Absolutely awesome place, clean, open, convenient. Micky is a great coach, he has a great structure to his class and is able to help each student without delaying the lessons. Welcoming environment for beginners, I never felt judged for being new, or not knowing how to tie my belt. All around great atmosphere, I would highly recommend.

First time checking out Reliance BJJ and it was great! Great group of students and Micky was a great instructor! Facilities are beautiful with plenty of space. Definitely recommend!

I went in today for my first every Jiu-Jitsu experience. Mick did an amazing job of teaching me a few different techniques. Very clean and great environment !!

I have trained with Micky since he was a purple belt, and decided to continue training with him when he opened Reliance. Micky is an excellent practitioner and a person with integrity and values. He has always gone the extra mile to help me with my game. If you want to train in an environment that values learning and positivity, you can’t go wrong at Reliance.

Micky is creating something great at Reliance Jiu Jitsu. The focus on learning to better once’s self not just on the mat but in life holds high value to me and it’s nice to practice at a place where I feel comfortable and pushed to be my best.
