Ok where to start.from the min my little boy and I walked through the gym doors we got welcomed with open arms.Stuart and his team make you feel so welcomed it's like your already part of a team before we even got shown anything. This is the type of MMA gym all MMA should inspire too. Stuart and his guys are on a different level. I would recommend PKA to anyone who wants to learn from an elite team who cover MMA, KICKBOXING and BJJ. what yous waiting for yous will never ever regret it.
Posted 1 year agoFantastic place to get fit. Stuart is the guy that runs and owns it and he us immense. Wayne And Pete are super guys there too. Wayne is my personal trainer and I can't recommend him highly enough. If you like MMA and kick boxing then you'll fit right in here. No fancy tv's on the wall and people admiring themselves in the mirror as they lift weights, just bags and hard work is what you'll find here.
Posted 8 years agoBrilliant gym to train in and learn martial arts my Daughter does the kickboxing along with her son and myself and my wife go to the Boot Camp to keep fit twice a week after work all the people there are friendly and the Owners are great people too give it a try that's all I can say if you think your good enough
