  I love being a part of Pulso. From the start of coming here everyone has always been so welcoming and supportive! I’ve been so lucky to be able to create friendships here and have a circle where we can hold each other accountable. The classes are fun and energetic and you will see results! One of my favorite classes to take it the Dance Fit class with Jessica. Jessica always comes with energy and excitement, no matter what day of the week it is and keeps us motivated! We dance, laugh, and sing our way through and definitely break a sweat. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is or how good of a dancer you are, everyone is always so encouraging that you’re always going to have a great time. For anyone who’s on the fence about trying out a new type of class, definitely consider our dance class! It might just become one of your favorites too! We meet each week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30pm, and Saturday mornings at 8:00am.

  Pulso is truly a place that everyone is treated like family. They have a variety of classes to take! Don’t make it to the classes? Don’t worry they also have a weight area to workout. I always recommend the Dance Fitness classes that are on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday! You get a workout in, all while having fun!

  I called for 3 weeks and finally got an answer I was inquiring for my daughter. I was told to come in anytime to fill a waiver form and she could try a class. Why since 3 weeks ago I cannot get anyone on the phone there is no voicemail to leave a message and the hours on google are not true or currently accurate because I have gone by several time and no one is around? Unfortunately you lost a customer

  Found my new home for jui jitsu! They have everything you need for mma, weights, boxing ring, clean mats, kickboxing bags. Best of all it’s clean and they have a shower. I moved from Atlanta to Cartersville and have had a hard time finding a gym compared to my old one. The trainers here are educated, professional and genuinely care about bjj. Also glad to have rolling partners who are respectful and know what they are doing. Highly recommend!
