  I came from a boxing/muay thai background and had some grappling experience with BJJ. I saw this as a good example to try a different art. You cannot find combat sambo much less sambo in many places in the US and this a rare opportunity I saw. I'm so far almost 3 months deep starting from August 25th, my first class, and it's incredibly eclectic and I've learned many things from Coach Koval and the crew who were incredibly accommodating with my background and I've made some friends along the way. You will do something different everyday whether it's striking and grappling and how to connect them together including sessions to put what you learned to the test and have fun. In fact, yoga, budokon, and stretches are also done in order to prepare for range of motion of certain moves and those kind of things prepare one for what will be learned. You will certainly stretch muscles you never knew you had and you will get a good workout and learn. Give this place a go whether you're someone just dropping in, a hobbyist, etc. You won't regret it.

  New Vision is an incredible place. Olga's Yoga and Budokon classes are truly the best. She is an amazing instructor who genuinely supports each student's growth at their own pace. Her classes are challenging yet highly enjoyable, and her love for movement is inspiring. The martial arts classes are also led by great instructors. Coach Koval does an excellent job tying each class together in an organized and meaningful way, and Coach Kirby brings energy and intensity to his classes that push you to get stronger and feel accomplished. I would highly recommend that anyone try out classes at New Vision Sambo!

  Great instructors, class is very organized (even with all the younger ones.) My daughter has great respect Mr. Koval and kids really pay attention when he speaks. Attending martial arts at New Vision has been great for her confidence and learning how to set and achieve goals. He does a great job at teaching technique and how to move your body safely in terms that are digestible for kids. It is a welcoming environment for newcomers and allows you to come in and try for free. The work and the passion he puts into it really shows. We've been attending for 5 months and have had a consistently positive experience.

  Olga's 4-week Budokon Yoga class exceeded all my expectations. Her expertise in Budokon is undeniable, and her teaching style is both patient and encouraging. She has a gift for making even the most complex movements feel achievable. The passion she has for her craft is contagious! This experience was so positive that I immediately signed up for her regular program. I also want to commend the entire team. The encouragement I received was invaluable. I'm so grateful for this experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking to try Budokon Yoga.
