  My kids absolutely love their Kids Aiki Jujutsu classes! 😊 The program is excellent — it helps them build self-confidence, focus, and discipline, while keeping their minds and bodies healthy. Shawn, the owner, is very friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. Celeste, the front desk lady, is wonderful — kind, patient, and caring, always with a smile! And Sensei Estevan, my kids’ instructor, is fantastic — he connects so well with children and teaches in a very clear and engaging way. Even during school breaks, they keep training happily. I highly recommend this dojo! 👏🥋

  We are 5 months in and it's becoming obvious that this has been one of the best decisions we've ever made for our daughter. We tried several sports and nothing clicked. After the first class this felt like home, and our 9 year old daughter has since grown in strength, mindset, and confidence. Sensei Estevan has a rare gift, and the impact he is making goes far beyond the mat.

  This place has been a LIFE CHANGER for my 4 year old, Sonny. My son has fell in love with going here. And he listens better, behaves better, and takes it very serious. Very thankful to have found this dojo!

  The free women’s self-defense course is amazing. You walk away with lots of powerful tools to help in real life situations. The instructors are kind and patient and you can tell that they truly enjoy teaching the art of self-defense and Martial arts. 10/10 recommend!!!!

  I originally posted the review below a couple years ago. Since then, my opinion hasn't changed - in fact, my overall esteem for Georgia Martial Arts & Self Defense has continuously grown! Now our whole family takes classes, including my wife and son. I'm a blue belt now after lots of hard work and dedication! A wonderful place to learn a skill, socialize and also stay healthy. 100/100 recommend! Georgia Martial Arts isn't just a self defense dojo, it is also a supportive community. Family friendly, it caters to the young and old with both kids' classes and adult classes. The instructors, Professor Shaun, Professor Ian, and Professor Leo are knowledgeable, patient and inspiring. The children's instructor Estevan is patient and humorous. There are even no-gi classes taught by Professor Brian and a variety of class times that can match anyone's schedule (even the early birds with instructor Gerardo!). I definitely recommend signing up for a try if you are looking to learn defense skills, improve your health, or connect with an awesome community of friendly individuals!
