My son started training at Warrior Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in August 2024 and we’re so happy here! Professor Vic and his coaching staff really push the children to meet their potential and learn essential self-defense skills, all while having fun! I joined the Fight to Be Fit Conditioning classes with Coach Melissa in November and she challenges us in the best way! The small group classes keep me accountable and motivate me to work harder.
Posted 1 year agoIf you're looking for a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym that blends high-level instruction with a true sense of community, look no further than Warrior Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Kennesaw, GA. Under the leadership of Professor Vic Rosati, Warrior offers much more than just top-tier self-defense training — it provides a welcoming, family-like atmosphere where students of all levels can grow in both skill and confidence. Vic and his leadership team bring an exceptional depth of knowledge to every class, breaking down techniques with clarity and patience while always emphasizing real-world application. Whether you're training for self-defense, competition, or personal development, Vic ensures that every student receives the guidance they need to progress safely and effectively. What truly sets Warrior apart is the environment Vic has cultivated. The gym is supportive, respectful, and inclusive — a place where everyone feels valued. It’s not just about learning to fight; it’s about growing stronger together. For anyone seeking world-class Jiu Jitsu in a community that feels like family, Warrior is the place to be.
Posted 1 year agoI love training here! I've learned a lot about self discipline and how to be humble. It's addicting and after each class I can't wait for the next one. On top of that everyone feels like family and want you to improve. Definity recommend this place to people who want to try out Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and especially people who want to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Also their MMA class looks super fun to. The people are committed at this gym making you want to strive to improve each and everyday. One last note Professor Vic will make you laugh at every situation.
Posted 1 year agoI’ve been training at Warriors for many years, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. Professor Vic is very knowledgeable in what he teaches, professional and a charismatic individual who truly leads by example. His passion for the art and dedication to his students are evident in every class. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have years of experience, you’ll feel welcomed, challenged, and supported. Every session is structured and broken down to key details of a technique. If you’re looking for a place to grow both on and off the mats, I can’t recommend this school enough. Professor Vic sets the tone, and it shows in the strength of the community around him.
Posted 1 year agoMy husband and four buys train here. It is a true family atmosphere. Professor Vic expects a lot but gives more in return. The confidence my boys have gained is immeasurable. I have no doubt they could protect themselves or a friend if needed. We couldn’t love Warrior, the professors, coaches and staff more!
Posted 1 year agoI travel a lot and I've been blessed to be able to train at multiple gyms all over the world. I've had some great experiences abroad but I have been very thankful to call Warrior my home gym. I've taken multiple classes from all of the coaches but as with any organization, the leadership sets the standard and the culture. Professor Vic coaches integrity and accountability first and technique second. Somehow he seems to have the perfect mix of kicking you in the seat of your pants but also giving you a gentle nudge of encouragement to make yourself better. All of the coaches are well experienced and will teach you accordingly whether you're a novice or experienced. Here, you can train like a savage or just take it at your own pace and ease into it. There are plenty of training partners to push you to your breaking point or just kind of gently lead you along the way. The leadership sets the culture and because of that, the more experienced students will adjust to your skill level as well. I've been training here for 2 years and now my kid trains here too. It's the perfect place to experience adversity in a controlled environment.
The best gym ever. Professor Vic Rosati is an amazing for everyone and knows what he is talking about. I have trained for 5 years and still love it. Prof Vic is comedic and loving to everyone. I have to truly say I have learned form the best
I really learned how to defend myself, and everyone there came closer within the years and we all felt like family.
I found this place during a random stroll down Main St in Acworth, GA when I first moved to the area. Professor Vic (sp) was at the door/outside table during some street festival, with other team/staff members. I had a dozen or more questions, as I'd been to several locations trying to find my son the right team to join as a beginner at the age of six (6). Day one, my son fell in love with the class. The direct and firm instruction, the passion that the Professor and Coaches put in to each child and the way in which the students engage with one another is like nothing I've been a part of or seen in 40+ years. If you want to teach your kids discipline and have the ability to "bullyproof" themselves, I would recommend you seeing Prof Vic and/or his Coaches.
Great environment. Great place to develop as a fighter and a person. If you’re thinking about trying a free class I’d testify and say you won’t regret it!
Great clean gym in a really nice area!
Great workout. Great people and a good place to train overall.
This is an awesome place to learn jiu-jitsu. My daughter has been attending there for over 3 years. The stuff is amazing especially the owner and Professor Vic Rosati.
Wonderful school and excellent teachers. Vic is my daughter's favorite teacher. Shes a junior in high school and says she absolutely loves training there. She is currently a blue belt and enjoys training in the adult class with different people.
I have had the pleasure of being a student of Professor Vic for almost 9 years. he is tough and fair. He treats everyone with respect. There is truly a family environment here. I love the pink team training and camraderie from all the students and families. You will not go wrong for good bjj lessons, excellent conditioning class, mental toughness, and family at Warrior BJJ
Tremendous coaching and comradery from the entire team!
Professor Vic and the GB West Cobb organization is best in class. The training is intense, comprehensive, and adapted to both maximize the strengths and shore up the weaknesses of the students. Nonetheless, the sense of family permeates every interaction. My son is a senior member of the kids program. It's great to see how Professor Vic and his coaches connect with the kids to help them reach their potential. GBWC produced a formidable competition team in spring 2015 that continues to attract talented, highly competitive students from the region. I encourage anyone interested in functional self defense to visit GB West Cobb.
My son has been training under Professor Vic for almost five years now. He has unique teaching style that is effective, fun, informative, and sometimes even entertaining. The quality of instruction at this school is top-notch at all levels, from young children through adults. The importance of education, family, respect, and community service are emphasized along with the martial arts instruction. There is a family-like atmosphere among the students as well as the parents.
My young daughter and I have been training with Professor Vic for the last year. I cannot express enough the amazing positive influence Professor Vic (and his wife Jen and the boys) have had on our family. Not only are the students held to high standards to train and behave like a champion on the mat, Professor Vic insists that the behavior be upheld academically at school and at home as well. As a father of a young girl it is very important to me that my daughter learns the tools necessary to take care of herself physically but also the tools to be disciplined, self-confident, and focused in any of life’s challenges. I could not ask for a better teacher, coaches, teammates, and families than what we have found at GBWC. It is truly an honor to be part of this “family”.
Never put your card on file of this business. They overcharged me after 3 months that I withdraw my son.In the contract they told me that was 1 month notice.I did that, but they still charged me 2 more months and didn’t refund my money when I called then.I tried many times to call again, but the phone was off and they never called me back.
