  I have been a lifelong member of Prokick (more than 25 years) it is simply the best place to go no matter what level you are at. Prokick really does live up to its principles of truth, discipline and respect. Highly recommend to anyone of any age. Try the sport and change your life.

  A fantastic gym, friendly supportive atmosphere, everyone's welcome, it has everything from teaching children discipline , respect and hardwork to teaching adults self-defense and a work out gym on the ground floor. All members of staff are polite, friendly, respectful and you can tell they have a real love for the sport. I recommend Prokick to everyone who tells me they want to try a contact sport and personally I don't think there's anyone better to learn from that Mr Murray

  i actually love this place, trained there for years, never wanted to leave. Started in a beginners course when the football season was disrupted with the weather and never went back. had a few fights made friends for life, would recommend to anyone looking to get fitter or starting their own fight journey. this place will teach you to be a better person in general

  I started at Prokick 6 months ago and I can say now that I am very happy that I did. When I joined I wasn't in great shape, but I was always made to feel welcome from day one, and have felt encouraged and supported by staff and senior members. I can't wait to continue training in the new year, life-changing experience!

  If only I had found this place when I was a teenager, instead of wasting my time at different Karate clubs. Can’t recommend this place highly enough if you are interested in martial arts. An opportunity to be trained from the get go by a former multiple world champion, and train alongside European and world champions. A very friendly atmosphere were you are encouraged to develop your fitness and technique by all; and if your are dedicated and want to push yourself to compete for Prokick at one of the fight nights (which are amazing). The time Mr Murray has for every student no matter what level, is a testament to his dedication at no only helping people progress in the martial art, but also in the world outside the tin hut.
